VRITISPHERE TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Terms for working together.

These terms describe use of VritiSphere, the business workflow app and related service developed and operated by ViratCloud LLP. Effective 26 October 2026.

The service and your organization

VritiSphere helps authorized teams coordinate projects, work, forms, evidence, reviews and approvals. Use it only for a workspace you are authorized to access. Your organization determines assignments and workplace permissions; these terms do not grant a role or access to another organization’s information. Any separately agreed business-service agreement continues to govern the matters it covers.

Account security

Keep your sign-in credentials and devices secure. Do not share passwords, one-time codes or access keys, impersonate someone else, or allow another person to submit work under your identity. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access. You are responsible for using the account and workspace assigned to you.

Content and acceptable use

You and your organization retain your rights in submitted content. Submit only information you are authorized to provide, with the rights and permissions necessary for its use. You permit us and our service providers to process that content as needed to operate, secure and support VritiSphere, as explained in the app privacy policy.

Do not use the service for unlawful activity, harassment, harmful content, malware, unauthorized surveillance or infringement of another person’s rights. Do not bypass access controls, interfere with the service or attempt to retrieve other users’ private records. Contact support about suspected misuse without forwarding confidential records.

App and service rights

VritiSphere software, branding and service materials remain the property of their respective rights holders. Your permission to use the service is limited to authorized use and does not transfer those rights. Third-party components retain their own licences.

For an app distributed through Apple’s App Store, Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement applies unless a custom licence is supplied in the store. These service terms do not replace that app licence or Apple’s applicable store terms.

Availability and responsibility

Features depend on your organization’s configuration, permissions, connectivity and supported devices. Access may be interrupted for maintenance, security or faults; we do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. Review important work and retain any independent records your organization requires. The service does not replace professional advice or your organization’s legal and workplace responsibilities.

Suspension, leaving and deletion

Access may end when your organization removes your membership or when restriction is necessary to address misuse, security or legal obligations. Signing out, uninstalling the app or leaving a workspace does not delete an account. You can request account and associated personal-data deletion through our deletion-request page, including when you cannot sign in. That page explains verification, timing and lawful retention exceptions.

Privacy, statutory rights and changes

Our app privacy policy explains the information we handle, device permissions, sharing, retention and your choices. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits rights or responsibilities that applicable law does not allow to be excluded or limited. Material changes will be reflected here with an updated effective date and any additional notice appropriate to the change.
